Wagner Inn - Eureka Springs

When I checked in, the lobby had a strong odor that was unpleasant. The air conditioning in the room struggled to cool effectively. It was disappointing that the pool was still not operational despite being advertised as an amenity.

The quiet location for the price, so close to all the great attractions in town, church and so quiet. Also, on trolley line.

Poor area.

I had WONDERFUL experience and would come here again. The food was exceptional and there were good choice of dishes in the menu. The room was reasonably large, accommodating, with comfortable beds. The staff was really helpful all the time. Pine Mountain Theater was right next to the hotel, loved its location on trolley line.

The staff was attentive and ensured I felt welcomed throughout my visit. I especially loved the serene outdoor area surrounded by beautiful Oak and Pine trees, made for good moments sitting on my private deck.

No access to pool.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, a microwave, and a refrigerator, making it great for families. The shuttle service could be unreliable, and I found the check-out experience to be slightly perplexing when the office was locked.

Unfortunately, the advertised pool was not operational , a major letdown, especially since we had planned to unwind by the water.

Great Staff and Clean Rooms, But No Pool

The staff was very accommodating, and I appreciated that the rooms were clean and tidy. I was disappointed to find that the pool was not operational , one of the amenities I was looking forward to. The bathroom sink had low water pressure, made things a bit inconvenient.

It was just an ideal choice for a fleeting moment in Eureka Springs with value for money. I appreciated the owner helping us find another pool nearby when theirs was closed.

The room with two queen beds was spacious and clean. The amenities like cable TV and complimentary Wi-Fi added to our enjoyment. We especially loved the serene outdoor area.

The room is a nice size and very affordable. Essentials you need, like a vending machine and an iron, are right there. - It has a peaceful and excellent location within walking distance of Pine Mountain Theater.

The staff here was super helpful. I loved that the king suite had a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge - so convenient! And having a bathtub in the private bathroom was a nice touch 🛁.
